Whats on in the church

Sunday’s

We hold our weekly service at 11am every Sunday. All are welcome to join us.

Sunday Service

KidZone – On Sunday mornings, children from age 3 up to primary 6 can come to KidZone. They meet in the Church Hall just before 11am and come into Church for the first part of the service. The minister usually has something interesting for everyone to do or to think about and there is always a good fun song to sing. After that, KidZone continues in the Church Hall where there is a good mix of fun and games, crafts and songs all based around the Bible story for the day.

GodZone is for young people from P7 up to S6.

We meet just before 11am every Sunday and attend the first part of the service before heading through to our own room behind the stage in the Church Halls.

We have really good discussions on Sunday mornings, talking about our faith and how it relates to stuff that is going on in our lives.  We have a team of adults who help us keep on track but they give us lots of freedom to come up with our own ideas.  The minister is keen to get us more involved in leading worship especially at the monthly all-age services.

Creche – Every Sunday, provision is made for a creche for babies and children up to the age of 3 to allow parents to attend Church services.

Needless to say, everyone who is involved in working with children in any capacity has been through the disclosure process and training in child protection.

Each year, the Committee aim to put together an interesting and varied programme for the ladies.  Some weeks there is a guest speaker, other weeks there is a singer or musician and other times there is a quiz, a game of bingo or a bring and buy sale.  During the year there are usually two or three outings organised which are always great fun.
